Revenue Benchmarks & Goals

Our team tracks laser revenue with the objective of achieving defined performance benchmarks.

Target:

• $25,000 in laser revenue within the first 6 months

• Roadmap toward $300,000 in annual laser revenue by Year 2

Program Structure

1. Before You Arrive

Online E-Course Modules

The program begins with self-paced online pre-work covering laser physics, safety protocols, and consultation foundations to ensure every provider arrives prepared for hands-on execution.

Participants receive one month of complimentary access to the MINT E-Course platform to complete required modules prior to training.

2. Initial Training Week | 5 Days

October 19–23, 2026

Participants complete a five-day immersive training experience at MINT HQ, where they:

• Perform real patient model treatments

• Execute across multiple devices

• Participate in live consultation practice

• Receive individualized feedback

• Complete an oral competency assessment

3. Ongoing Coaching | Months 1–6

Following the immersive training, providers enter a six-month Revenue and Growth Coaching phase designed to support real-world implementation and measurable production.

4. Advanced Training | 2.5 Days

January 25–27, 2027

The program concludes with an advanced return training focused on:

• Combination therapy

• Treatment stacking

• Body protocols

• Complex case execution

Requirements

All participants must hold, at minimum, a medical aesthetics license.
